Foreign students satisfied with studies in Finland
As many as 89 per cent of foreign students studying at Finnish universities and either satisfied or very satisfied with studying in Finland, according to an International Student Barometer published on Wednesday.
Some 84 per cent added that they would recommend studying in the Finland or their own higher education institution to others.
The satisfied students were particularly pleased with the facilities provided such as libraries, lecture halls, laboratories, IT services and support services.
The main concern according to the dissatisfied students was the employment possibilities after graduation and the quality of careers services provided.
The survey was carried out through a internet questionnaire last November and December. A total of 158,000 international students responded, with some 6,441 of those studying in Finland.
